Want to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware? Well… now you can! 🙂
In the Windows 10 computer you want to upgrade, just follow this 5 simple steps:
1 – Right-click the Start button and select Run from that list (or use the keyboard shortcut: “Start + R”);
2 – Type “regedit” and click the OK button to open the Registry Editor;
3 – Navigate to “HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup“;
4 – Add a new REG_DWORD named “AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU” and set the value to 1.
5 – Download and run Windows 11 media creation tool to can create the installation files on a USB drive.
After this you can go ahead and start the installation of Windows 11 on that computer… ENJOY! 😉
ProTip: If you do get denied for a Windows update after installing Windows 11 using this method, just download and install the patches manually to keep your computer updated.
